adesso develops new football app for Swiss football association
No Swiss football result without adesso: The consulting and IT service provider is up-dating the central information application of the Swiss Football Association (SFV). In addition to membership administration, this also includes everything to do with match operations. In Germany, too, adesso has maintained close ties with the sports scene for years. adesso takes over IoT specialists com2m and strengthens portfolio for manufacturing industry
adesso plans to become the sole shareholder of com2m GmbH. To date, the consulting and IT service provider has held a 59 % stake in the company. com2m has gained recognition as a digital transformation specialist with a focus on Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things (IoT), most recently generating sales of over EUR 3.5 million and an annual growth rate of more than 40 %. adesso will begin integrating the portfolio of the profitable business venture into the parent company with immediate effect as part of its range of innovative digitalisation strategies for the manufacturing sector.

adesso is further expanding its presence in northern Europe. The two new adesso Group subsidiaries in Sweden and Denmark will join adesso in Finland, allowing the successful IT service provider to continue its internationalisation. adesso Sweden and adesso Denmark will build on the acquisition of Purple Scout, an IT company with a solid foundation in both countries.
