adesso Schweiz achieves record revenue despite challenging market environment

In 2024, the company once again significantly increased its revenue to 117 million Swiss francs.

In the 2024 financial year, adesso Schweiz once again increased its total revenue. Compared to the previous year, it increased by a good 9% and reached 117 million Swiss francs. The Swiss consulting and IT service provider is therefore continuing its successful course of recent years and can further expand its strong position despite the ongoing uncertainties in the market.

The following revenue drivers for 2024 are particularly noteworthy:

  • Managed Services, including SmartShoring: the expansion of Managed Services, including the use of flexible shoring strategies, contributed significantly to this growth. Customers were looking for flexible and scalable solutions that increase the performance of their IT quickly and cost-effectively.
  • AI & automation: the field of Artificial Intelligence, particularly generative AI, remained a driving force. There was also growing demand for the automation of business processes, as companies are increasingly turning to solutions that increase their efficiency and reduce operating costs.
  • Data & Analytics Services: in the Swiss market, the need for solutions for data analysis and business intelligence remains high. Thanks to many years of experience in this area, adesso could enable many companies to make data-driven decisions faster and more precisely in 2024.
  • SAP S4/HANA Transformation: the successful transformation to SAP S/4HANA has become increasingly urgent for many Swiss companies. adesso was able to benefit from this demand with numerous customized migration and transformation projects.

Number of employees reflects sustained growth trend

At the end of 2024, the adesso Group recorded a further increase in the number of employees. The Group surpassed the ten-thousand mark in full-time equivalents (FTEs) for the first time. By year-end, more than 500 of them were employed in Switzerland.

The adesso Group's successful internationalization strategy continued in 2024, with new strategic partnerships and further geographical expansion, including the opening of new locations in Europe and the Gulf region.

The adesso Group's full annual report and a tabular multi-period overview of the key figures are available here under the menu item "Investor Relations".

"I am very proud of our employees, who were close to our customers in an extremely challenging market environment and thus made this success possible. In 2025, we will continue to place our customers’ needs at the heart of everything we do and look forward to achieving further growth together with our customers and partners.”
