adesso and Ibexa expand successful partnership

The consulting and IT service provider adesso and Norwegian company Ibexa – provider of a Digital Experience Platform (DXP) – already work closely together in Germany. After having successfully implemented numerous customer projects in Germany, including the service portal of the Akf Bank, this fruitful partnership is now being expanded. adesso and Ibexa will work together to also implement future projects at B2B companies in Switzerland.

adesso and Ibexa have established a very solid and successful partnership in Germany. As an Ibexa Platinum Partner, adesso has the highest partner level. This confirms that the company has extensive product knowledge and in-depth experience in implementation as well as a large certified team of experts. In addition, adesso was recently named ‘Ibexa Partner of the Year 2021’.

This successful partnership is now being extended to Switzerland, and the two companies will join forces on the market in future. adesso combines the creative services of a digital agency with the expertise of an experienced IT consulting firm. Ibexa’s portfolio of products offers B2B companies reliable and secure Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) that are used to provide end customers with outstanding digital experiences. Suitable solutions are defined in close cooperation in order to successfully create websites, portals, e-commerce platforms or CRM systems. An initial joint project between adesso and Ibexa is already underway in Switzerland.

Tushar Marwaha, Commercial Team Lead DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) at Ibexa, explains the added value of the partnership: ‘Thanks to its expertise, adesso qualifies as an optimal implementation partner for our DXP portfolio of services. Our solutions allow customers to drive forward their digital transformation and adapt quickly to changing market demands. At the same time, they always place customer experience at the heart of their activities and can thus maintain their competitive edge.’

The Corona crisis has accelerated digital initiatives. The lack of trade shows and direct sales conversations with customers has meant that B2B organisations have had to communicate their messages in a different way, that is, via the content delivered by a DXP. Companies recognise the need for agility and a shorter time to market more than ever, as when the lockdowns were ordered, many had to react quickly and act right away.

‘Corona was a digital moment of truth. Some very traditional companies were able to change remarkably quickly. They are interested in the fact that merging content and commerce on a single platform reduces their operative effort enormously. At the same time, they want to greatly reduce the complexity and system landscape they have to maintain,’ adds Daniel Wildi, Head of Business Line Telecom, Energy & Media at adesso Schweiz AG. ‘This is where the enormous opportunities are to be found for Ibexa and adesso in the year ahead – and in the years to come.’
