YOUR ROLE - THAT WAITS FOR YOU

  • Project management & consulting: Management of small and medium-sized projects, with a focus on Low Code projects and Business Process Automation. This includes business analysis, requirements engineering, and conceptual work at the customer’s site.
  • Process modeling & Low Code configuration: Modeling and definition of processes (BPMN) and configuration in Low Code applications.
  • Test automation & quality assurance: Implementing test automation and assuming cross-company responsibility for quality assurance or project realization.
  • Stakeholder management & workshops: Acting as the interface between business departments and IT, and managing customer relationships across all functional areas. Additionally, preparing, moderating, and evaluating assessments and strategy workshops at the customer's site.
  • Presales Support: To support our sales and business development efforts, you assist with acquisition and presales activities. When working with clients, you actively build a network and are capable of generating leads.
  • Cross-company collaboration: Participating in cross-company tasks, such as coordination with adesso SE and its subsidiaries, and implementing company-wide guidelines regarding project execution.

YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • Qualifications: You have a university or college degree in natural sciences, computer science, mathematics, or a comparable qualification – alternatively, you bring equivalent professional experience.
  • Business & Management Knowledge: You have at least two years of experience in business administration, marketing & sales, or management.
  • Low-Code Expertise: You have experience in configuring at least one Low-Code technology and several years of consulting experience in Low-Code projects.
  • Communication & Technology Affinity: Your strong verbal and written communication skills enable you to convey complex topics clearly. Additionally, you have a strong interest in new business and technology trends.
  • Language Skills: You have very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2).
