in|sure General Claims gives Die Stuttgarter a modern, web-based, ready-for-release claims system to supplement host-based portfolio management. The solution is an important part of the cross-sector in|sure product family, which adesso insurance solutions is currently expanding. The solution’s components make it possible to process non-life insurance claims and have proven their merit in productive use at other insurance companies.
The overall package of proven state-of-the-art software components, professional and technological expertise in the development and integration of solutions into existing systems, and experience in projects in cooperation with clients’ own IT departments won Die Stuttgarter over.
Valued at around EUR 1 million, the project consists of fixed licence and maintenance revenue as well as integration and development services billed on a time and materials basis. The new solution is scheduled to go live in 2018, starting with Die Stuttgarter’s supplemental health insurance business. The company’s casualty insurance business will follow at a later date.
For adesso Group, the project with Die Stuttgarter is further testimony to the attractiveness and future-readiness of the provider’s software products and the approach that is designed to cater to all sectors of the insurance business. In addition to the popular life insurance solution, which has also already been developed, the full in|sure platform of solutions will offer highly integrated products for non-life, health and car insurance.
