IT service provider adesso welcomes its 3,000th employee

Michael Schiblon has chosen a company that is on a clear growth trajectory. Now counting 3000 members of staff, adesso Group welcomed more than 700 full- and part-time employees on board in 2017 alone. adesso AG, the Group’s largest operating business unit, registered the highest growth rate in absolute terms. However, subsidiaries including adesso insurance solutions and ARITHNEA also saw a sharp rise in the number of employees, and the foreign subsidiary adesso Turkey even managed to double its headcount.

Schiblon’s new employer, adesso mobile solutions, also witnessed strong growth last year. The company specialises in creating mobile concepts and developing, designing and operating mobile solutions. As a senior UX designer, adesso’s 3,000th employee helps to ensure that the company’s solutions are user friendly. He is one of adesso Group’s numerous UX experts working on many projects on a company-wide basis to ensure that adesso’s solutions have a contemporary design and are intuitive to use.

adesso is also targeting a similar level of employee growth in 2018. Java developers, software architects and SAP experts are in particularly high demand for the Group as a whole. adesso mobile solutions specifically plans to hire experienced project managers, developers and concept designers. The initial phase has been highly promising so far. Schiblon was one of more than 80 employees to join the adesso Group at the beginning of January alone.
