adesso develops its digital experience portfolio under the leadership of Michael Pertek

The consultancy and IT service provider continues to grow: At the beginning of September, adesso opened what is now its sixth branch office, which is located in St. Gallen, Switzerland. The new site will flex its muscles particularly in the area of digital experience and so optimally expand adesso’s existing portfolio.

adesso Schweiz opened its sixth branch office several weeks ago in St. Gallen. Around ten experts from the field of digital experience were brought on board within a very short time and further growth is planned. The company seeks to double its workforce again over the next few months. It also presents an additional opportunity for adesso Schweiz AG to use the new site to position itself as a future regional hub for talented experts from the tri-state region, especially with the shortage of IT specialists experienced everywhere nowadays. The new branch office is close to the University of St. Gallen (HSG), the Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences (OST) and the University of Liechtenstein, which means it is in an ideal location for getting hold of highly trained professionals.

As an ICT provider in eastern Switzerland, adesso is also committed to developing the industry in the region and making it more appealing. For example, adesso Schweiz recently jointed the Verein IT St. Gallen, which promotes the association of ICT companies, educational institutes and network partners in the region through its ‘IT rockt!’ (IT rocks!) initiative. Besides being a member of this association, adesso has already started to plan further activities to improve networking and ensure greater visibility of the ICT sector in and around St. Gallen.

The new branch office is the optimal addition to adesso Schweiz AG’s existing portfolio, not only in terms of its geographical location but, above all, in terms of its key area of focus. Thanks to the new Digital Experience business division, adesso now has the necessary expertise to accompany the digital transformation of customers more comprehensively as well as create profitable business models through innovative products and services.
