Nursing and work
Nursing is a highly sensitive topic that is also a very personal matter. It can mean a lot of planning to make it compatible with your job. This personal report is not meant to give advice on nursing or its alternatives or when the best time is to return to work. From the mission statement with OKRs to everyday operations
In my last blog post, I summarised why a company should have a mission statement, my understanding of it and how you can use key questions to develop such a mission statement. Now it is a matter of operationalising the mission – in other words, taking specific action without losing focus. This is where the objectives and key results (OKRs) come into play. I will describe what all this is about in my blog post.

Using low-code to bring shadow IT to light
Low-code is an intuitive, visual approach to modern software development that minimises the amount of effort needed for programming and speeds up the development process. But how can the potential of low-code be fully exploited and what role do citizen developers play in this context? We will answer these questions in our blog post.

The metaverse as an opportunity to digitalise the lottery experience
The metaverse has been made possible thanks to the ever-growing role digitalisation plays in our lives. It allows lotteries to start the necessary process of attracting younger customers through the use of AI by activating previously unknown emotions and through personalised customer contact. We explain what this looks like in detail in our blog post.
